A dark and eerie place, the Stockyards are where animals are kept until they are ready to be slaughtered in Rupture Farms. Scrabs and Paramites are kept penned up in their thousands here. For a couple of species that are rapidly reaching the extinction status, you would never guess that this was the case here.

Just outside the Stockyards is the Free-Fire Zone, constantly patrolled by Sligs. This is where Abe first noticed the Mudokon paw/hand print on the moon and perhaps started to become aware of his destiny. Abe's Oddysee: Take advantage of the dark shadows that are aplenty in Stockyards. These will be useful in hiding from Sligs and waiting until you can sneak behind them. When going down ledges, beware of those bats!
