Head of Bonewerkz, Director Phleg is responsible for overseeing the production of Mudokon bones into such products as SoulStorm Brew and Phleg's Bonepaste.

In other words, he is the "Head Boner" at Bonewerkz.

Director Phleg is one who is concerned about his career once Abe arrives on the scene. He expresses this both in the meeting with Aslik and when he is giving his press conference.

Like many Glukkons, Director Phleg can nearly always be seen with a huge cigar in him mouth.
