The spiritual leader of the Mudokons, Big Face has been given the task of turning Abe into a hero.

Big Face first appears in Abe's vision when he falls off the ledge after escaping the Stockyards. Big Face is the one who tells Abe of his destiny and that he must free the Mudokons from Rupture Farms.
  
At the end of Abe's Exoddus, Big Face can be seen at the Monsaic Sanctum presenting Abe to the adoring Mudokon public, but when he accidentally pushes Abe of the podium, Abe begins another quest in Abe's Oddysee.

Big Face has close contact with the Spirits. He is also a Mudokon Shaman, a healer and a teacher.
